   Minutes: Gerald Williams provided Board Members with an update on the Legal Department and summarized the following: Significant Issues (litigation and non-litigation); How the System Works; Florida Statutes - The Role of the School Board and The Role of the Superintendent; Florida Constitution; State Board of Education; School Board Policies (Rules); Directives, Bulletins and Internal Memoranda; Training Offered; and Construction.
   
   Board Members discussed in-house cases vs. outside consultants being brought in.
   
   Mr. Graham thanked Mr. Williams for all his hard work and dedication to the School District.
